I have been a spaclub member for several years and the service is top notch. The staff and especially the management are courteous and so helpful. I even sometimes see the owner out there w/his sleeves rolled up and working in order to keep things moving swiftly and sevice is never compromised. I HIGHLY recommend!

We love the Auto Spa - they are very friendly, thorough, and only take our vehichles here for car wash. When I go out to my car when they are finished drying they always want me to verify if it meets my satisfaction. We loved the way the car is cleaned that we recently purchased the year long car washes!!

I always take my car for an oil change and have always received great service and a FREE car wash. and there is a discount if you have it in before 10 am.

Auto Spa Etc is a car wash and Mobil 1 oil change facility. The car wash experience is pretty good. I use them a lot when I can't wash my vehicle myself. You just have to be observant of when the vehicle is dried. That is when they get the dirt "film" off the vehicle. Sometimes the "driers" don't get it all. Overall - very good.



Oil Change facility - I just had a bad experience. I have had bad experiences at other quick change facilities - so now I have a habit of double checking the work. I had some fluids (gear lube) changed and noticed, after I got home, that a drain plug that I was told they used (which was why the fluid exchange went so fast) was dry. I went back the next day to question that. I was accused, by the manager, of trying to rip them off and accusing him of not doing the job properly. He screamed at me that he used an oil extraction pump and that I watched him do it. I didn't see that and was TOLD that he did it via the drain plug. Customers are not allowed in the service bay, the glass garage doors are blocked at the bottom, and another vehicle was between the waiting room and my vehicle. I couldn't see was was being done and how it was done so fast.



The manager went to pull a sample of the fluid - and I heard him yelling and banging things (kicking and screaming comes to mind). Then after he showed me the sample and went to put the plug back in - he threw the clipboard in the service bay. All the manager had to do was explain to me that they used a pump and not the drain plug. He didn't have to yell and accuse me. I paid for an service, I just wanted to verify that I got it.



This manager displayed very poor customer service and a need for anger management. The rest of the staff was very courteous.



Overall they have good prices and perform their work very quickly. I cannot recommend their facilty due to the manager's actions toward me.
