I couldn't disagree more with the review as posted by Marybeth S. ; I have been taking my 2 year old Lhasa Apso to Jennifer at Pampered Pooch for almost two years and couldn't be more pleased. She is totally professional, very thorough, very gentle and needless to say, my little princess is always pleased with Jennifer's work. She is so gentle with my dog that even when I return to pick her up, she is as calm as when I dropped her off - she is very particular as to how she reacts to people, other than myself and is a great judge of character. I would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer to anyone. I had taken my dog to another professional while Jennifer was on maternity leave and would never return there again ( this is a national outfit). My dog was not treated well and was shaking when I picked her up and their rates were higher.

my daughter dropped my 2 poms off for me & they have been there before and always got a trim & nails so that's what I told her to ask for.. when I pick them up I find them shaved, with no call The groomer trying to cover her but tried to insist they were totally matted they may have had in their underbelly and rear but my dogs manes and top & side coat was NOT matted!! my dogs are traumatized and even with sweaters on are shaking from being so cold im sorry if the mechanic found something wrong on my car they would call, I never ever said she could shave them & she took it upon her self to do so... if you read up about poms you will find in no circumstance should they be shaved .Groomers don't need to be licensed in this state and if you love your pet DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!!
