During your Introductory one-on-one Personal Energy Coaching session Laura will work with you to strategize and create a personalized action plan that will fit best with what you want to accomplish in your life. She also uses hypnotherapy techniques for debilitating phobias such as Agoraphobia or Claustrophobia. Laura will guide, teach and support you on your journey with whatever you want to do. With her support and strategies she can help shift you to a more happy fulfilled life.
