If you want peace of mind that your system will be repaired properly, quickly, honestly, and professionally, Parson's is the only call you should make. Parsons is THE best Air Conditioning service around San Angelo. They are veteran owned/operated and veteran friendly. During the hottest part of this summer, my system malfunctioned. My warranty company gave me the run around for almost 3 months, sending a couple of incompetent (or at worst, predatory) service companies to repair my central air conditioning. Both companies' techs were unable to properly diagnose the issue, attempted to charge me for Freon that I didn't need, and the last company said I needed to bust through my home's slab to get to leaky copper lines. I didn't believe that, so I called Parson's on my own...Donnie Parsons himself came to my home the same day I called, squeezed me into his busy schedule, arrived at 9pm the same day, accurately diagnosed and repaired the issue within an hour, and submitted the claim to my warranty company for me. Donnie literally rescued us from being stuck in limbo between the warranty company and the incompetent service companies they sent out, from thousands of dollars in unnecessary expenditures, and most importantly from ruining the slab in my home for no reason. Thanks, Donnie. I will ONLY use Parsons in the future!

I have been having Parsons service my central air unit for the last 3 years, always professional , and knowledgeable, would recommend to anyone, I have my unit service twice a year would use no one else. Jeannie James
