I has to compromise my dream cake because you did not have a certain ribbon and you could not create certain textures with cream. I never requested a fondant cake as I have never been interested in a fondant cake. I brought in a picture of fondant cake to show you a sample of the flowers i wanted to which you stated you were limited in flower designs. Additionally as I mentioned to you when I tried to get my money back, there was no cake budget discussed with your husband. I never indicated i had a budget for cream cakes I clearly stated to him I had a preference for it. It wasn't until I told you what the other cake shop was able to do that you decided that you could offer a different type of cream that could mold better. Bottom line you are a complete thief taking $156 for work you haven't done. Shame on you to then slap me on the face with oh I can't make your cake and I won't refund your money but here use this $156 store credit! Really?
