Provided by YP.comI cannot say enough about Shawn, he visited only 15 minutes after we initially spoke and from then on was responsive, informative and an absolute pleasure to work with.
Since we weren't sure what the pest was at first he put out humane traps and visited every other day or when I contacted him. Then, when we discovered what the actual wildlife was, he quickly changed course and took action.
In the end, problem solved and of course, will not hesitate to call again for any pest issues we have in the future.
