Rude man came out yelling, decided to go elsewhere No need to spend money at a place that greets customers with obscenity.

Got my oil changed today in Baldwin at Pat's Pit Stop. I was skeptical after reading the two reviews on YP. However I'm absolutely glad I went to him. Did a great job in a timely manner, which face it that's the reason I pay someone else to change my oil. Pat was extremely nice and courteous and clearly has a plentiful amount of automobile knowledge. I will be going back to Pat for all my oil changes and suggest everyone else do the same.

I went to this garage today for a full service oil change. I had pulled up outside his shop. And while i was waiting for him to open the doors up, I kicked off the ice in front of his building, rather than bringing it into his pit. When I pulled in, I had some issues getting in straight. He commented under his breathe. real expert driver here. When the oil change was complete, I asked him about his comment. He told me that if your ignorant than your gonna be treated like so. He was upset cause I cleaned off the ice in front of his store. He started yelling at the top of his lungs at me. Threatened to pull me out of my van and assault me. VERY bad attitude. I would suggest no one go there unless you can put up with verbal abuse. Very bad experience.

This is to document a verbal threat assault on a customer by the owner of this business. I am a witness to his threat of bodily harm to a customer who had done absolutely nothing to invoke a threat of this nature. Unbeknownst to the owner though, I videotaped the incident which now is in the hands of the local police, and an attorney, who is filing a tort claim, and guess what pal..YOUTUBE.

Dear Pat, as a poster child for ignorant redneck pond scum, notwithstanding the fact you are stuck in the most godforsaken backwoods of misplaced Mississippi,..namely BALDWIN... guess what the future has in mind for you..pal? Unfortunately..you don't have a clue...yet.

Btw Mr. halfwit, the mere fact you have perpetrated an act of assault on one of your customers is living proof that at least one person in the land that time forgot ..namely BALDWIN MICHIGAN..is a certifiable sociopath who's future is aligned with the rest of your redneck friends who abound Baldwin like cockroaches around a cesspool.
