I went to Sierra automotive and was really pleased with the service drove down from lake Isabella, got us in and out pretty quick also gave them extra money and they were honest and gave me back the extra bills I had no issues

I went into Sierra Automotive for an oil change. I was charged 480.00 dollars, I COULDNT believe it! I told them all I wanted was an oil change and they said that when they were changing my oil they noticed that my alternator was bad so they took the liberty to replace it for me. I NEVER ASKED FOR IT, I WANTED an oil change thats what was on my order reciept when I signed it, then they just wrote in, Alternator replace. I looked up alternator for my vehicle it is 104.00 dollars at Autozone they charged me 350.00 dollars for labor!!! NEVER GO THERE

Took car into Sierra for a damage estimate, 69.00 charged for estimate, they said 1805.00 dollars to repair damage. they said damage was Bad Cylinder head and two bent valves. They said all I have to do is put 1,000 dollars down so they can start repairs then i pay the rest when work done. I put 1,000 down then the next day they say its gonna cost 4,200 dollars because my engine is blown and I need to replace the whole engine. when asked why was I not informed of my engine being blown when I paid for estimate I got no response. Then I over heard mechanic talking to another person about my car saying they dry fired my car (after speaking to another mechanic at another shop) he said "dry fire" means they started your car with no oil in it. Sierra auto caused severe damage to my car and wants me to pay for it. I filed with the BBB and the BOA. NEVER USE SIERRA AUTO...EVER

will fix your car and charge you for parts that they didnt even put in your car
