Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the staff and ownership of Majestic Palms. We went there to purchase flagstone for our backyard. After giving the salesman, Mickey, the exact dimensions of the area we were covering, he charged us for the amount he said we would need. After finishing we were left with 506 pounds of leftover unused flagstone. Since Mickey over sold us by a significant amount, we asked to return the flagstone and get some money back. Only then did he tell us that all sales were final and they did not accept any returns. We were not told this before purchase, it was no where on the receipt they gave us, or on their website. I spoke to the owner, Jim, about our situation. He was very short with me and said that he would have Mickey call me to work out a possible return. A couple days passed and I received no call from Mickey or Jim, so I called Jim back. He said that he would only give us an 80% refund, and charged us a 20% restocking fee. We brought the flagstone in the next day and got our 80% back, but we do not plan on returning to Majestic Palms again. We were treated very poorly by them and regret giving them our business in the first place. I would highly recommend seeking alternate options before purchasing from Majestic Palms.

If you are in the process of landscaping your back yard, or are looking for patio furniture and out door accessories, you must visit Majestic Palms! They have the most gorgeous pots and fountains.I They carry is a lot of spanish style pieces that ended up looking great in my yard!The owner, Jim, is so friendly and extremely helpful. I wasnt sure how to put my fountain together, so he sent out someone to do it for me. Awesome nursery!

Love, love, love this place! It sits in the industrial area of Rosedale Hwy like a hidden treasure. Make sure you go with a couple of hours to spare. Lots to see! Beautiful pottery and ironwork. I am a landscape designer, and I always send my customers here to find unique pieces, and they always walk away happy!

This business is locally owned by a well established honest family. They landscaped my home the entire job. I can't say enough about the level of professionalism that I was given. There selection of pots are beautiful. And are the best quality I have seen. I would strongly recommend this business. I can't say enough about the owner. I don't know what the other remark was but it had to be a competitor. If I needed help or had a question the owner handled it.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They are not honest people and if they sell you something defective they will not stand by it, they will give you the run arounds and expect you to tak an out of pocket expense!!!
