Needed a mower blade & they went through all their stock to help. Used their thick service book to try & locate where to find my mower. Very nice & helpful!

Each time I take my mower in it works about 4 times before I must take it in again. The last time I went in, the woman behind the counter was so rude, I didn't leave it and I decided I would rather take it for scrap metal than deal with that.
