Have been filling my prescriptions at the N. Chester location for several years now, and I have always been treated very well by their staff. In and within 10-15 min. max. I choose their business over Rite Aid which always seem to lose my prescriptions, and long waits. I get my compounded medication from the Brundage location and they are also very accommodating.

Wow, how much time do you need...

Wow, how much time do you need to spend in the pharmacy to know if the employees gossip? haha. Especially when most of them are separated from the customers.

Anyway, I love the North Chester store. My husband has type 1 Diabetes, and it's usually a long wait at other pharmacies for his insulin and medications. Here it was maybe a ten minute wait. And while we waited the cashier showed us custom shoe inserts, and told us a little about them. And she was really sweet and helpful.

delivery

they are supposed to have a service of delivery if some one like myself cant get there to get my medicine. Because I live with in what they think is a reasonable distance, they wont deliver to me. The customer service girls decide that among themselves if they feel like it. If you have a service it should not matter where you are or why you cant get there. They deliver and that's what they should do if needed. I will be changing my pharmacy to a nicer one soon

In all of my years I have never had to deal with such poor customer service from a pharmacy. The woman that work there are all rude and nasty on the phone. It would be so nice to one day hear a very friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Now, the south side store, I havent been to but I bet it's much better. Hire better people and maybe then nice things can be said about YOU!

The women that work in this place all have very bad attitudes! The young ones gossip and the old ones are grouchy. I have taken all my meds to another place
