The management sucks and there is NO safety in this complex. they have no concern for the safety of their tenants. Cars get stolen, broken into, vandalized and nothing gets done. They allow out sourced maintenance guys into your apartment un supervised and they reused to take responsibility when one of those guys steals your stuff. people get killed there and all that is sent out is a NOTE! they don't fix things like the AC until its mid summer and your with out AC for 2plus weeks with kids in the apt. But their asses sure are in an AC'd building all day! This complex is not safe.

Overall managment personal is rude! they are so un-organize.

They send out rude NOTE'S and refuse to hear out tenants they always minimize

everything that tenants share and complain about, And they have fire alarms in the appartments that always go off due to all the hoodlums that live there and hang out there and like to set them off its "ANNOYING". They also lie to new people trying to move in they use the line of " We are building new Homes that will be done within a Year " I been here for some time and since i moved in, and was told that line I've NEVER seen any kind of sort of work getting done in that area of the Property.....





THEY ARE LIERS AND ALL THEY WANT IS TO FIND PEOPLE TO RENT THEIR APPARTMENTS....... TO MAKE THEIR MONEY AND FOR THAT THEY ARE WRONG
