Bridal and Quince dresses...

this shop messed up our invitations and then tried to say they didn't speak english not willing to fix the mistake they made this is the worst shop ever

They screwed up on our invitations-we recieved them late, the envelopes were to small to fit in and all they said they could do for us was give us $40 back when we paid over $300. And the replacement envelopes they gave us are way to big. and when I started to ask questions they said they didn't speak english!!! can you believe that NEVER EVER will they get business from anyone I know. and I wouldn't even give them one star except it won't let me submit this unless I clicked on a star!

When my grandson & fiance when to pick up invitations first off they were late in arriving, second the envelopes were to small for the invitations to fix in, third all they would do for them was give them $40.00 back & some plain envelopes that are too big then when they tried to talk to them the person told them that (I don't speak english) very bad service & I will not recommend anyone to do business with you company ever again. It is always about wanting the business but when something is wrong then the company doesn't want to work with you and that is not right, but as long as you got paid for the invitations this is no longer your problem so therefore you just proved that recommendations should not be given out to people to do business with you. There are other places who would love to have the business & do the invitations correctly. To bad so sad for your company.

Unless you want to be screwed out of your money and get crappy merchandise then go to Maria's. Worst customer service ever got our order wrong and made us out to be the bad guys. They would not be reasonable and fix their mistakes. Left very unhappy a week before my wedding!
