Never Going Here Again

So my boyfriend and I wanted chinese good to celebrate the Chinese New Year, so we ordered delivery. Everything was okay at first, but when the found got delivered, it was not what we expected. The food was mediocre, to start. To too it off, we didn't receive the rest of our order. When we called the restaraunt to sort things out, we were told to call delivery service, Restaraunt Runner. So I called them. They were very kind and helpful, and they called the restaraunt. When they called me the man told me that we recieved all of our order and that you have to order items seperately. When I called Ching Yen, a woman answered and when I tried to explain the situation, she became aggregated and told me they didn't even have what I ordered on their menu! I looked up their menu again, and there it was, clear as day! I just gave up and decided it was a waste of time. The woman from Ching Yen refused to help and was conversations with someone else at the restaraunt while I was on the phone with her. Never eating from Ching Yen again! I work in the food industry, so I know how irritating it can be, but there was no reason for her to be so rude.

My daughter found this place through her friend and insisted I eat there. Night before last was my first time dining there. The Orange Chicken, Chow Mein (over the top) and rice plate I had was FANTASTIC. Thee best Chow Mein I have ever had! What a wonderful family that cooked and served us. Absolutely the best in all of Bakersfield! I am their newest repeat customer from here on!!
