This used to be a clean recycling center, it was the only decent one in Oildale and it WAS ran in an orderly manner. Now it's trashy, people are rude. Customers using 6+cans and sorting it out while in line, behind only 3 people, so of course when it's their turn everyone has to wait for them to finish sorting, and it's dumpster divers that's taking so long. Loaded with trash, homeless hanging out there and this new kid does absolutely nothing about the trash and disorder of the place.
