Fast service and polite repair men.

The employee's were prompt and polite. My problem with my dryer happened to be a breaker and the owner Mr Paradise did not charge me. I have done business with them before and always get the same great service.

Do not waste your time with this company. I had them come out Monday to repair my dryer. My dryer still does not work and the company is nowhere to be found. I talked to someone yesturday. They said they would be out between ten and twelve to make good on their service work. Now its just phone tag with the company. I had my wife call from a different number and the company answered the phone right away looking for new business. She explained who she was and the fact that she had an appointment setup earlier in the day. Jason Paradise, the new owner of Bryson Appliance Repair acted surprized to here from us. He assured my wife on the phone that he would be there by 3pm becasue he had to fit us in. Funny thing was the day prior when he made the appointment there was no mention have being to busy to repair my dryer. It seemed like he had no intention on actually coming out and fixing my dryer like he said he would the first time he was here. To make a long story short after I finish this review I have to call another appliance repairman to come fix my dryer. Please whatever you do CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

Repair man did not fix washing machine and will not return to fix it. He has said two different times that he will be here and does not show up or even call. Now he wont answer my calls and I have to pay someone else to come and fix my machine. Terrible customer service and I feel he ripped me off. Will never use again!!!

As a woman you tend to be more guarded especially when handling anything concerning repairs. The guys at Bryson's appliance service are great!!! They explain things to you in terms that are easy to understand. They are kind and are there when they say they will be. As far as prices are concerned they run about the same as most appliance repair companies. What sets them apart from the rest is their respect for their customers!!!
