Called Arnett septic because I thought I had a possible full septic tank and within 30 minutes of my call Mr Arnett arrived. Instead of reeling out the truck hose he first grabbed his probe and shovel and told me he wanted to take a look to see if it actually needed pumping out , once he located the cover and removed it he said that it did not need to be pumped but, that I had a somewhat cloged filter once he removed the filter the water started running out to the leech field drains. Mr Arnett told me that he did not have to charge me the cost of pumping out my tank but instead only charged me for a service call, because of Mr Arnett's honesty I will certainly be using his company again and again and will recommend his company to all my friends and neighbors. Arnett Septic Company, Will Arnett, are liars and thieves and will bully their customers. They are incompetent with their work and they will destroy your yard claiming that is what happens when you put in a drain field. They also buried the waste material on the property without permission. Every short cut available, they took it. They also destroyed our entire irrigation system, drove huge trucks on the lawn creating enormous ruts and did not sod the area where they promised to do so after constuction. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! It is going to cost us 1000 dollars in repairs and we have to file in small claims court but have little faith in it.

These guys were great they unstopped my line coming from house for no extra charge first time that someone cut my grass in neat squares and put it back.

Good company

Was having problems with toilet backing up so I called Arnett Septic. They came out same day and found out my septic tank was full. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed everything up quickly. I will definitely call them next time.

Not happy with the service at all. They messed up something and now they wont answer or return my calls. Now my septic is spilling over into my yard. I have a pregnant fiance at home and they arent doing anything about it. Not happy and will never recommend or use again. Disgruntled in defuniak springs.

I had a Septic Tank up going in my Yard and it was the worst time ever There was more then 20 people there and it was at 8:45 pm I called them to see if they could come out the next day and the Lady got us out that night I am very outstanding and I would call them on any other things needed
