Traveled many miles looking for a tractor , visiting 5 different dealers in south Al , & panhandle of Fl , Adam at kingline dealer in Baker Fl was the most professional , knowledgeable , & , concerned sales person we met during our travel , the New Holland Boomer 41 had what we needed , you got it , we bought it , Thanks Adam for being so nice... Service guy at Kingline informed us that they could work on our backhoe during the week we were out of town should we drop it off on 7/11/16 after getting approval from his manager. We dropped it off on Monday and all they did was an estimate. They charged over a $100 for an estimate for work that should have been completed. Very very poor communication. Don't use them
