Provided by YPmobileAttempted to schedule routine maintenance on air conditioner prior to PCS move. This company told us they were two weeks behind but assured us they would get the job done within the time frame. It has been 4 weeks since initial contact. After several phone calls and one week left until our move the receptionist finally admitted it would be another few weeks before they could fit us on their schedule as they have been backed up since January. Knowing we did not have any extra time, this company should have notified us they could not fit us in their schedule. We trusted them when they said they would get the job done and they have left our family in a bad position. Overall this company is highly unreliable.
