I visited Dunkin Donuts on December 11, 2010, about 2:30. I could not believe the horrible service that we recieved. We were lured in by the Gingerbread Latte which we recieved with tops on, when we removed the tops to get at the whip cream and caramel sauce low and behold there was none! No whipped cream or caramel I should have just ordered a coffee. When I asked the girl at the window she completly ignored me and asked me to drive forward as there was another customer behind me. I insisted that she add the missing Items to my Latte at which point she said to her Co-worker "I'm not dealing with this S#$%" and walked away. I then was served by the other girl at the window who had a very surly attitude, she eventually gave me the Latte's back with whipped cream and caramel only in one of them. Did she think I would not open and examine the Latte's? Who ever owns this place should set some standards but then again it is Bainbridge.
