Coopers has been around for 27 years! They are the best in Bainbridge and Tallahassee. They Installed my Airconditioner and they were the only company that offered a 10 year warranty on labor while the others only offered it on the parts. Coopers shocked me at first with the price but once Joshua their representative broke down what they would be doing compared to the other companies, I realized that Coopers is the cheapest in town and that only the rich people can afford for someone to screw up the job.

Rip off. Two techs came out on 2 days, both claimed to have fixed problem. Neither did. Now we are out $386 and had to hire another company to come fix unit plus pay their fee.

The technician who came to give me an estimate was on-time, very cordial and took the time to show me exactly how he was deciding what I needed. He gave me a very competitive estimate and showed me some tips on how to make my current unit work better. Coopers has been my go-to AC company for 14 years and I couldn't be happier with their service.

Excellent service, the technician was very informative and did a great job of explaining what the problem was and what was needed to make the repair. Also had some good tips regarding regular care of our central unit.
