Provided by YP.comI have worked with many funeral homes in the Phoenix area both professionally and personally for many years, and I have never before experienced the rude, unfriendly and unprofessional behavior from any of them that my family experienced from the staff at Holy Cross Mortuary today. Pope Francis would be ashamed of them.
