I had the extreme displeasure of speaking with a contentious woman named Lynette in the billing department. After they incorrectly billed the wrong insurance company, I received a bill for their error. While trying to sort it out, the date of service went past filing limit to the correct insurance and now I am responsible for the balance due to their poor billing practices. The utter lack of professionalism and rudeness that was provided me by Lynette has utterly tainted any positive experience I may have had with the company and with my own physician’s practice. As they are a 3rd party that provides ultrasounds at my OB office, I will make sure in the future to find a provider that does not use Premier Diagnostics.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was billed for a service that I didnt receive and tried to dispute it with no resolution. My insurance company was billed on 12/10 and I received my portion to pay in the mail 4 days later. Two days after that I received an automated voicemail from them saying that my bill was due and I had 110 days to pay. I just received the bill in the mail! It had been 6 days since billing. I dont appreciate being chased down for a bill that isn't even late yet. Very inappropriate practice. This was my 1st bill with them so I didnt have any outstanding bills or anything. The check was in the mail yesterday. Then today I received a copy of the same bill with a statement date of 1/31 and at the bottom was a message that said "Your account is past due. Please remit payment upon receipt of this statement." Both bills I received listed due date "Upon Receipt" but the automated voice mail said bills are past due after 110 days. It hasnt even been close to 100 days!
