Took two of my prom dresses there and they messed up on both of them. My first dress was brought in a month in advance and they said come back next week. Came back 6 times in that time period and kept getting told just come back later. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. The day before prom, she called after they were closed and said,"Come get your dress now." Tried on the dress and the top was barley altered and was $95. Second prom dress was dropped off 3 weeks in advance and got told to come back multiple times again. On pick up day they said it wasn't ready and to come back tomorrow. Called in today and asked if my dress was ready and they said they couldn't find my dress. They said they would look and call back when they found it. Over an hour went by and no phone call. Decided that I just needed to go and get the dress no matter what it looked like at this point. Nothing was done right and was messed up badly. Walked into the store and they had no clue what I was asking for. I decided to go look for it myself and it was hidden in the back. Waste of $100. There went $195 down the toilet. Never take your prom dresses here. You WILL be very disappointed!!!!!

I left my item here for a month, came in to pick it up twice during that time, and they never even started work on it. Very disorganized. She made a lot of excuses, but I don't pay money for excuses. I took my item somewhere else, and I recommend that you do the same. I don't think she's capable of keeping track of the orders. Definitely not a "first come, first served" situation.

They took in my husband's karate pants and top. Looks great. We have not had any issues at all. They do great work

I will never take anything back there. Dropped off my daughters prom dress to have the straps removed, the length taken up, beading done and have the top taken in as well as having it steamed. Picked it up and she did not do anything other than take the sides in and that was it. I am very upset as my daughter's prom is tomorrow. So I highly recommend you choose someone else because she is very unprofessional.

Home, it fit the same way, very disappointing. I am hoping to get reimbursed.
