I love their food! Everything from the appetizers to the entrees are so great for a quick bite of Italian!

My husband and I made reservations to eat at this resturant at 630 for our anniversary. We drove over an hour to have dinner there, and go to a show we had tickets for. We got to the resturant around 625, and gave them our name. They looked had no reservation, the explanation given was "we must have lost it", and the wait would be 20-25 min. They did not offer to do anything additionaly for us. We walked out, and they were rude. So if you want to be somewhere at a certain time, don't count on their organizational skills to help you out. I would give this less than one star if I could. They werer rude over their own mistake, and did nothing to even attempt to solve the issue or compensate for it at all. I do not write reviews, but frankly this ruined our entire evening. Has anyone ever tried to go somewhere to eat on a Sat. night in Avon, IN that did not require a wait or a drive through window? If you are counting on something at a certain time to make another engagement, and you do the responsable thing like make reservations, one would think they would take more care in satifying their customers, and when mistakes do happen like we know they do then at least make an effort and be curtous to those who have been put out with a mistake that was not of their own making.
