The Rocky mountain trout and the Sicilian seafood Pasta was excellent.

In a world of surly and pretentious waiters, Alex was awesome and most gracious. he was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and each preparation. We loved that they offered a good selection of gluten-free items on the menu. This place rocks!

The east coast Italian grinder sandwich was delicious! most especially Right after the first bite, and the taste of the other sumptuous foods that they served we knew immediately we would be coming back! fantastic service! The nice lady that served us was so sweet... Thank you!

The atmosphere is simple but pleasant, The food is incredible and the service is amazing. I Love Blue Plate Bistro!!

Everyone was very kind and accommodating to us the whole night. They had a big smile on his face. You can tell they all love their job and are a great team! I love their Blue plate meatloaf and authentic fish and chips! can't get enough!

Excellent restaurant with a great ambiance. The staff are excellent and the service is great. The best restaurant in town with a beautiful bar serving the best wines and drinks and the food is awesome too.

They have an excellent bar that serves some of the greatest wines. Food is excellent and the service is superb.

The lobsters were well prepared and delicious. Should try it.

Blue Plate Bistro was a great place to have our last, and best meal in town. Delicious food, nice decor and service, plus they were kid-friendly. Definitely will be coming back again our next visit to Beaver Creek! Kudos on a great concept and food.
