As a frequent renter, I've become accustom to renting the same vehicle type. I'll take something else if I have to usually am not too happy about it.

The team at Scranton Airport noticed this about my habits and whenever they saw my name pop up on the rental list - they would actually LOOK for my car preference and hold it for me. When it was unavailable - they did their best to put me in a vehicle that is similarly comfortable with similar bells and whistles. The manager and staff have been excellent to do business with and I recommend this specific National outlet to anyone. (and trust me - I'm fussy!).
