WELL first off the management is polite , knowledgeble, Tara Lance , Eddie ,, all eager to help ,, the staff also great ,great snacks , deli a little boring selection, seems like foods are all kosher ,,prices high but cleanliness is worth it ,, overall great store

Attractive store, pleasant music, nice employees... but the MANAGER HAS GOT TO GO!

At a recent visit to this FM store in Aventura, I witnessed the manager 'organizing' the potato chips aisle by aggressively dropping every bag of chips on the floor, as if he was having a bad day. I also noticed him interrupting shoppers by trying to plug & sell them some special item on sale. But the worse part was his interaction with a shopper when he make some non-humourous racial "joke".

I will NOT support this store when the manager is as RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL as this one is.

The store is great. I always leave with more than I went in for....but just TRY contacting them by phone.....not even close to possible!!!!! What a shame!!!!!!!!!
