I came for some screws. They have screws up the wazoos. This fact has both positives and negatives. It's positive that given all these choices, they surely will have what you need. It's negative that given all these choices, overwhelm will set in.

After returning home, I realized I got the wrong screws, so I thought I could return them and then buy the right ones. For some reason, the cashier could only find one set of screws in her system, so I only got to return some of them, and the rest I had to keep even though I won't be able to use them.

I brought the exact screw I needed, so I showed this to an employee. She seemed busy, but she had a good attitude and wanted to help. She helped me navigated all their screws and make sense of it all, so I appreciate her efforts. When I returned home, my screws worked.
