I'm not a fan of their BBQ or sides at all, and definitely not a fan of their prices. I'm not sure why they think they can charge as much as they do, but I felt like I was robbed when I left there. Wait staff is ok, nothing great. Pretty building but don't let the looks trick you.

Grossly overpriced. Must be THEIR plan for food. Sides are at best so-so. MUST buy three meats to get all you can eat ribs. Brisket: 1st cut is dry; second cut is over-trimmed; both have little flavor. Chicken: is chicken - nothing at all special. Sausage is okay, nothing great. Turkey: dry, just barely okay flavor. Beef ribs; good, not great. To get there ribs with current $2.99 add-in charge is GROSSLY over priced on top of recent price of $21.99!!! $24.98 for beef ribs is RIDICULOUS. Beef ribs are inconsistent in taste - a few are actually good, most are just okay.

Given latest price increase --- this place is not worth going to. Cannot even look at river (it is not a LAKE) and eat because they do not serve the CUSTOMER on the deck IF you choose to eat a meal.

Their parking lot was empty --- and you know why.

Sad for the people who work there - service is good! Too bad I go for the food......

I cannot post with a ZERO rating......

Lived up to the hype!

In my opinion, it is hard to have a bad BBQ experience so the "feel" for a good BBQ restaruant usually comes from the atmosphere. That can make or break a BBQ restaurant. The County Line lived up to the hype. A well-worn but expansive dining room full of character with a cozy bar area and a fabulous patio to enjoy the beautiful Texas sunsets. The BBQ passed the test to - well-cooked beef brisket and ribs and admirable pork BBQ (I'm from the South so I just had to test it). go for the marbled 2nd cut brisket - it just about melts in your mouth. Wash it all down with a Shiner and I'm in heaven. The only thing they are missing is mac & cheese. Is that a Southern thing too?
