This company is owned by a very hateful man!!!
His main line of business is being an unreasonable SLUM LORD. YES THAT IS RIGHT, A SLUM LORD!!
THIS MAN OWNS AND RENTS OUT MANY DUPLEX'S ON BROUGHTON WAY IN AUSTIN, TX!
HE VANDALIZED 3 OF MY VEHICLES, ALL BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A KEY TO CHANGE THE AIR FILTERS AND TOLD HIM I WOULD REPORT HIM FOR THAT AND ALSO NOT PROVIDING ME A COPY OF THE LEASE WITH HIS SIGNITURE.
HE IS AN ALCOHOLIC AND DESERVES TO BE IN JAIL.
I HAD AN INFANT AT THAT TIME, SO JUST IMAGINE WAKING UP TO PAINT THINNER DRINCHED ALL OVER YOUR 3 VEHICLES YOU WORK SO HARD FOR!
FROM WHAT I HEAR THE WHOLE BLOCK DISLIKES HIM! AND TOO BAD FOR HIM BECAUSE THIS TIME, UNLIKE ALL THE OTHER CRIMES HE COMMITED THAT IS ON RECORD WITH HIS PREVIOUS TENANTS, ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS ON SINGLE TREE SAW HIM DO IT.
PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN, NOR RENT! YOU WILL BE REGRETFUL!!!

I read the earlier reviews, glad I didn't listen to them. Dale was a great and very knowledgeable man. We had another company out and stated we needed a new compressor. That was going to cost us $1,200. So it cost us $185. for the service call and it wasn't fixed. We had Dale out the make sure and sure enough, just needed a Freon charge. I really liked him and decided to leave a review befitting of his honestly and character. I'll be using him again. Don't believe the negative reviews.

I have to agree with the other posters --- Dale is a slum lord who refuses to do repairs to his properties - steer very clear to this piece of "work"

Yes i agree with John... Mr. Steenrod lies and he steels.He cheats his customers and is never fair.He stold items from my home. He is COCKY and has no respect for females.Do your home work on this guy and always get a 2nd opinion and you will see a big differance in pricing...
