They have put on three hitch’s for me. I don’t really care how buddy buddy they are as long as they keep up the great work. After all I don’t want to see my boat rolling down the highway! They are expensive but great quality.

I can't decide what's more offensive. Their work or the people that run the place. Without a doubt the worst business of any kind that I have ever dealt with.

I always receive great quality workmanship from their service dept., and at a fair & reasonable price. The gentlemen at the front desk are not sugar-coated and over anxious salespeople....they are real genuine people that will help you with what you need and not try and sell you what you don't. They handle a lot of commercial business clients, so I think the only negative reviews come from people who go in there thinking they can negotiate their prices and expect to be bowed down to. If you want someome to kiss up to you and treat you like it's your birthday ..go see your Mom.
Just don't misunderstand their confidence as being rude.
