I wish I could give Salon Sovay a good review, but unfortunately I have to give you a heads up to stay away. Last week my daughter-in-law and I were there to have a pedicure as a Mother's Day present. My daughter-in-law got up from a stool sitting under a mirror, bumped the mirror, and it fell on her NO ONE went to help her. She immediately went to the owner, was apologetic and offered to pay for the mirror. The owner said she would have to "process it" and walked away from her. My daughter-in-law was embarrassed and paid the $50.00 it took to have the mirror fixed. Not once did anyone acknowledge that it was an accident or ask if she was hurt. Although we love Veronica and the pedicures she does, we will not again visit an establishment whose employees treat clients with so little disregard.
