I’M GOING TO PUT THIS REVIEW ALL OVER THE INTERNET IF I CAN BECAUSE THESE GUYS REALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME, ESPECIALLY RENEE.

I recently purchased a 2006 Honda Accord. This morning to be exact.
Yes, my credit is bad but in today’s economy, who’s credit isn’t? I had just come from a very bad experience at another dealer and I was wary of car dealerships after that experience.
Renee said he could help and because of my credit, I was very wary and not too optimistic. But Renee was very professional throughout the process, with a good price offered, and fantastic delivery process. The amazing staff is a great bonus. RENEE IS A GODSEND!! THANK YOU RENEE!! I was treated far better at this dealership than the others in the area. I also worked out a deal with them that covers all maintenance for the first two years. Now if only I could get free oil changes for life !

I promised Renee I'd write a review for him and I'm going to keep my promise and take it a step further. I'm going to post it everywhere I can ! My husband and I were driving on new years eve day and decided to go car shopping. We had a 2008 equinox and wanted to see about a new 2012 equinox better on gas mileage. Every dealer gave us the runaround. Asking for a cosigner. Asking for more money down. Everything we were told over the phone changed when we walked in thru the door. Except for Renee and the team that he works with. They kept their word and did everything they could to HELP us. We drove 2 cars, and we fell in love with the new 2012 equinox. We decided to buy it and left with our new car. And all because of Renee and his team .

I have tried to buy a car for ...

I have tried to buy a car for several weeks and I kept getting the same old run around by salesman or should I say salespeople.I heard threw a friend how good Renee was so I called and from the minute we started talking I felt like he was really going to help me out. Renee made sure I felt at home and even joked around with me as if we had been friends for ever. I really feel that I experienced a soft sell approach which made me feel comfortable. Renee worked diligently and successfully to locate the car of my choice. They offered me a great price, and even took it a step further and brought me the Kelly Blue book rating for the SUV and the prices were about the same. They really are nice guys. I was looking for a car since we had just totaled our Optima that we bought from Car Max. Renee came recommended from a close work friend and I called him at 512-721-9234 on Saturday 10/29/2010. We talked and we discussed our situation and told us it was no problem we scheduled a time to come in and he did exactly what he said he would do. I have to say he is the best sales person I have ever met. It was the best experience we have ever had and we are telling everyone we know to go buy from Renee at 512-721-9234. Just an overall great experience. Not a lot of tricks. Straight to the point and mindful of my time. Just wanted to say thanks again. 512-721-9234 When searching for my new vehicle, I had checked around for a few weeks to find the relationships for the best deals, quality, and service. And with my credit situation, I wasn’t too sure who was going to be able to help me. As soon as I talked to Renee, I knew I had found the right place.



Right off the bat, I felt I was being treated like family and their hospitality was phenomenal. As for the vehicle I had purchased, the cleanliness was perfect and the overall care and utilities for the vehicle were nearly perfect. I was very nervous about purchasing a used vehicle, especially online, but overall Renee made it a very easy and knowledgeable experience.



This dealership was the best I dealt with. I was considering between buying new and buying used. I ran across Renee through my search engine and he was courteous, the facility was clean and well-lit, and the cars they were selling were all nice, clean, and even had that “new car” smell. I cannot wait to purchase my next vehicles from here on out thru Renee and will recommend this dealership to anyone I speak to.

I absolutely love the my vehic...

I absolutely love the my vehicle I just bought from Renee!...especially the price. I am such an indecisive person and had traveled around to many of the dealerships from Killeen to Austin to test driving vehicles. The pressure to buy from the other dealerships was TOO much...I just had to get in my car and walk away. I am not into high pressure sales. Renee In Austin was AMAZING...no high pressure sales...thank god! He was funny, informative, and really took the time to go over the car with me as many times as I wanted. He even came in on his day off to help me out, a real genuine no bs kind of guy. He made a generally stressful process fun and easy !!

For me, purchasing a car is a once-a-decade deal and it's pretty simple: I buy a car, take care of it, drive it until the thing falls apart and then start anew. Sometimes the car purchasing process ranks up there with visiting the dentist, in that you have to go and do it eventually, but cringe through the process.



To my surprise, I did not cringe at all through the process of buying my new vehicle with Renee. He was more than just my sales rep, and as someone who also works in sales, I appreciated Renee’s relentlessness and tenacity to meet my needs. How many sales guy actually give out their actual cell phone number ? 512-721-9234!! (Let me warn you that I’ll post his number again and again. Here it goes !512-721-9234!!)



Now, does Renee steal all his "funny" material from last night's episode of Leno? Absolutely. Along with his charm and humor, it was Renee’s doing-whatever-it-takes follow-through that got him the deal. Renee pulled every favor to find me my A3, even when supplies were kaput (that's German for "nada", NOTHING). So just when I thought I was going to have to keep searching Austin or even further, Renee quarterbacked this to reality, for he knew I was hell-bent on getting an A3. I did, however, recommend to Renee that he needs to mix-in some viewings of Conan & the Daily Show to spice-up his witty material. 512-721-9234



I also want to give BIG thanks to finance team (who made the financial paperwork relatively painless), and the other salesman (who - when I got my A3 - provided some VERY helpful tips for my bluetooth phone accessories; big points to this guy and I wasn't even his direct customer). 512-721-9234

Showed us the invoice and the MSRP if the vehicle was new, we made an offer, he countered, we made another offer. Sold! We had our kids ages 6 and 1 with us, and Renee even helped us keep the kids entertained. Walked in and two hours later walked out with a new car! Well, it was used but it was NEW TO US !! Not all relationships start out great. Sometimes they take time to get better and you end up really liking someone or something after some initial hurdles. And sometimes getting over those hurdles will actually make you more loyal than if you never went through them. I'm giving them 5 stars not because they were perfect every step of the way, but because when it was all said and done, they fixed any problems we had and I left very, very happy.





I called Renee and I was pretty sure I was ready to make the jump--but unfortunately they didn't have the color combo I wanted. These are very much "white people problems", so I feel silly admitting it. But details like these are important when making such a big purchase.



It really wasn't easy to get the car at other dealers because of my credit situation but everything changed immediately but I called Renee. He literally made what was starting off to be a rough entry into a new car a pretty incredible experience. Renee was able to get me exactly what I wanted and spent a lot of time and effort to make it happen. Seriously, he bent over backwards and did an amazing job.



I ended up driving away with the exact car that I wanted and it turned me into a very enthusiastic ‘new’ used car owner--with absolute no remorse for ditching my pride.



I look forward to my future years with my vehicle and I also look forward to dealing with Renee again.



Side note: If you're considering buying a car here, Renee is who’d recommend. He felt honest, trust worthy and had a great attitude in general. Definitely ask for him.

RENEE is my hero. I'm still pinching myself about the car buying experience I just had because it doesn't feel real. FINALLY, a car dealership in the AUSTIN that RESPECTS their customers and gets that this is a town where people are internet savvy and do their homework online. No old-school sleazy car salesman tactics here, and I must say I am completely surprised.



After doing some research online, and a few emails with RENEE (who answered ALL my questions promptly and honestly), it was clear he was willing to offer the best deal and then some (and I mean then some)! Best customer service I've had in my almost 20 years of buying and driving cars.



RENEE and this entire dealership re-instilled my faith in the car buying experience. I know, it sounds cheesy, and I never thought I would type those words. I would have given him a hug but it was 85-degrees inside and we were all a bit too sweaty.

Renee was an awesome sales advisor!!! He was able to see me and arrange an appointment for me despite of his busy schedule. Since I don't know much about cars I had a lot of questions for him, and he was extremely kind and understanding as he listened to my questions and concerns. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and had great follow-up. He genuinely cares about his customers. Like I had a concern regarding my extended warranty, he took the time to introduce to me to his finance manager who in turn helped me find out what my best coverage option would be, and I really appreciate that. Renee will go extra mile to make the customer happy. He is exactly the kind of person that any employer should be proud of to have on their team. I would HIGHLY recommend RENEE to anybody in need of a new vehicle.



If I can nitpick at one minor detail - I wish they had offered floor mats as service since I totally forgot about them and still have the paper mats in its place! In any case, it's been a week since I bought my car and I'm very happy with my ride!

I had the absolute BEST experience here with Renee, and am now the very happy owner of a 2009 Scion XD.



Renee worked with me to find the right car for the price that I could afford. I actually had no idea that I would be able to get into a brand new car yesterday, and expected to buy a one in a few months, but Renee took a lot of time with me to show me ALL of my options.



I know that's his job, but he really worked with me to find the best car for me, and I never felt pressured, or rushed. He was great processing the paperwork, and took the time to explain the most cost efficient maintenance options, and his manager, was nothing less than gracious and charming.



Today, I drove out of the show room with a beautiful NEW car that I never thought I would be able to afford!

The people here went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted.



I will begin with the disclaimer that I really hate car dealerships. I have been misled, misinformed, and generally treated poorly on almost every lot that I have entered. The list of offenses is long and diverse.



So when I called Renee, I did it with trepidation. He greeted me with a very friendly and open demeanor, asked me a few questions, and immediately got me out for a test drive of the exact car that I came to see. He was knowledgeable.. he knew the car inside & out, and he educated me on the car's features while we were driving. If there was a question he couldn't answer. He followed up with me promptly. There was absolutely NO B.S. in this conversation. He was honest about the car and its competitors, which was very refreshing.



What I love about Renee is that he's an information provider. He believes in his products, and it shows. He gave me everything I needed to make an informed decision, never pressured me, didn't ask what it would take to get me into the car today, didn't go get the sales manager to help make the sale. He was everything I had ever hoped a car salesman would be and more.



I left the lot hoping and praying that my husband would also love the car when he drove it, because.. well.. I really wanted to buy a car from Renee. I wanted to reward him for being exactly the kind of person I want to do business with. Ultimately, my husband was just too darn big for the car, so it wasn't an ideal match for our family. I was very disappointed. Back to the wolves we go!



While I haven't completed a transaction with him, I can tell that Renee would be a pleasure to negotiate with. He's fair, up front, and honest. And he's the kind of guy that would be there for you (personally) if you ever had any issues with your car, or questions about it after the sale.

Renee 512-721-9234 : I am so blessed to have been able to work with Renee. I can’t say that enough. I AM SO BLESSED TO HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WORK WITH RENEE!!! The first car dealerships I called gave me the runaround while the others wouldn’t give me all the information I asked for. Just questions, that’s all. Renee was different. He’s not your typical car sales guy. Like, he told me to always ask what my interest rate was and what my term was, to find out what the amount being financed was. WHO DOES THAT? HONESTLY? With my low credit score, I knew I shouldn’t be so picky or difficult but these guys help steer you in the right direction, not just ‘sell a car’. He will ask you to write a review for him, and that’s a small thing to ask for after all that he’s done. Call him at 512-721-9234. Even if he you don’t buy a vehicle from him, he’ll help you in getting financed for one. Even with bad credit, your visit to a car dealership can be a productive and enjoyable one. Renee stayed late last night with my husband and I and gave me three choices based on my credit history. Every other car dealership kept asking for either more money down or a cosigner. We left with a car and a great feeling of being well taken care of by Renee. And he works with a great team!!! Yes they are highly recomended! We had a wonderful experience and car buying is not always so pleasant. Like my husband said, the best thing was that Renee treats you like a friend, not just a random customer. He is dedicated, straight forward, and sticks to his guns. He definitely knows what he is doing and tries to make the customer comfortable all the time. CALL HIM AT 512-721-9234!

I shopped online for the kind of car I wanted, and I came across this Kizashi and called Renee. Great price, great features, and 4 miles on it and I got it in white with black interior. It looks great! Renee was so good to work with. I could not have found a better car or better dealership. Yes, I am going to tell everyone about my great experience at this dealership. Plus they had free popcorn! The car has a great interior, and I’m so happy I found it online,then drove about an hour and signed the papers, and in no time at all I was driving it home. Did I mention that it is so damn fast…. (hope i dont get too many tickets jetting around in it) P>S The number listed is wrong, it's actually 512-721-9234!

Renee and his team are very lo...

Renee and his team are very low pressure. They are very friendly and answer questions without asking a question back like most salespeople seem to do. It’s as if they don’t work on commission and I like that. They provided me a Carfax without asking and also had their 160 point inspection to review. I have bought at least 3 cars from him, and only had a small problem with one of them. The check engine light came on as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, but it turned out to be just the gas cap. Renee stands behind what he sells me and corrects it quickly at no cost to me. I have also compared prices at this location and other car dealers. They are always competitive and usually much lower and friendly than the other dealers in town!

I just bought a Camry yesterda...

I just bought a Camry yesterday at this dealership, traded in my older Camry. I am very satisfied with price on trade in and price of the Camry I bought. It was a little of a drive to the dealership in Austin but was well worth it.



Renee was a good sales guy to deal with. The entire finance department hit the mark on the price and service. I would let my family members definitely buy from here.

I have had many experiences at purchasing multiple new vehicles; my experience with Renee was fantastic. I found the Camry I wanted online and everyone that participated in my visit was kind and available to answer all my questions; very personable; and interested in me which is very important when you are the consumer.



There is a lot of information online these days to give you insight on a business and with Renee we’re happy to say they are accurate. These guys have good reviews and we were treated the best. There is a Nissan store in Austin that has good reviews and we were treated the WORST there of all!

Renee, I am appreciative of your help with purchasing the vehicle of my choice. I have to say that I was very pleased with the speed of the service beginning with that phone call. The dealership was appealing to the eye and quite comfortable.



All of the managers and sales personnel were extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend Renee to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.



Right from the beginning, I knew Renee was the right person, he was very quickly and had all questions answered with accurate and very informing information. I was immediately set up with an appointment to test drive and again when I showed up the car was ready with a very nice sign in the window to greet me. I did end up purchasing the car after doing a lot of research and he helped me shop for the best interest rates available.



Like I said before, I recommend calling Renee’ for anyone interested in a great experience and great deals on the car you are looking for.



Even with our not so A+ credit other dealerships were not willing to work with us but the Renee was very helpful and even stayed late to finish up the paperwork because we had to come in after my husband got off of work one night.

Extremely polite and patient. He took time to thoroughly explain the paperwork and answer my questions. He never fast talked me or made me feel stupid.



I would recommend anyone to Renee. I had just come from a very bad experience at another dealer and I was wary of car dealerships after that experience. I was at the dealership just to look and maybe test drive a car, but I was treated very well and received a great deal on a car I fell in love with.



Renee was very patient with me and made sure that I left satisfied. They also made sure I understood everything about the car and its features. Stellar experience from start to finish, plus we ended up with the car of our dreams. It was well worth it to drive to Austin from Killeen.
