Radiant is so quick and efficient, always on time and always do a great job! I will always call them for my plumbing and HVAC needs!

I had a brand new baby and toddler and my AC went out. Radiant came out the next morning and had it completely replaced (mine was really old). They were quick, clean, and even really sweet with my son.

Radiant came out to fix a water heater that another company told me I had to replace. Luckily, I got a second opinion and Radiant was able to easily fix the issue w/o charging me an arm and a leg. Premier service as always!

Had a plumbing issue that needed immediate help with. They were so great to deal with from the initial call to their office through the plumber showing up so quickly to my house. Their plumber David was so professional and just all around a nice guy. I will definitely be calling them again. Good to know they do AC work too, since the hot weather is coming!

Radiant technician Marcel came out to my home today to fix a running toilet. the process was painless and he even noticed that my toilet shut off valve had started to rust. He was able to replace it right then and there without leaving for parts and coming back at a later date. I must say, I was pretty impressed. The back of the truck looks like an organized warehouse on wheels!

We'll definitely be recommending Marcel and Radiant to our friends and family.

Wonderful service! Just got a new HVAC unit from Radiant and it's so quiet, I almost forget it's there! Great company and really awesome contributions to the community. Not only does Radiant donate a VERY generous amount to Austin Pets Alive, I actually saw them at the Austin Cap 10 K Run and ran along side a few of their plumbers. Great guys!

Radiant was out to my home to detect and fix a leak. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he find and fix the leak, but he also went through the process with me step by step and helped me as a homeowner learn more about the house I'm living in.

I had some major work expertly done this past week but did have an emergency call out over the weekend. The issue was unrelated to the recent work but I was devastated to have had 2 plumbing crises in one week. Samuel Schwab Sr. dealt with the plumbing disaster (and my personal meltdown) with professionalism and expertise. Glad to have discovered this phenomenal company.

They replaced a water heater that had a sudden and profound leak, resulting in interior flooding. Radiant Plumbing staff were very professional, courteous, and quick to respond. They described the problem thoroughly, but in simple terms and provided several cost/equipment options for the replacement. The costs remained the same as the option I selected and was reasonable for the work performed.
The work performed was very professional and there were no clean-up issues associated with the replacement water heater and the service personnel and office staff were quick to respond and patient with my questions.

Came out & fixed our AC in a pinch! We live way out in the country and its hard to find larger more trust worthy companies that will come this far. Thank You!

This company if full of some very high knowledgable techs , its hard to get the best for the cheapest price. I have seen many company's that have guys working for them that you wouldn't want to know your house address let alone be in your home . Very professional and pleasant experiences are all I have had from radiant.

Overcharged almost $500 for 15 minutes of service.

If I could give a company less than one star, this would be the one. They charged me $471.88 for a one hour repair of a kitchen sink drain pipe and used less than $20.00 worth of parts. $450.00 per hour for a plumber is nothing short of highway robbery.

These guys make their money, by telling you they will come out for $39.95, I have seen several complaints on this company since. They sent a guy who I did not trust to look at our toilet. He told me it would need to be repaired due to a back fill problem, he was there 30 minutes, did nothing and we were charged $155.00. I had another plumber come out, took 20 minutes, it was a $20.00 flapper, and he charged me $40.00 for the labor. Do not use Radiant, they are dishonest, and if you do a google you will see many bad reviews.
