Pigment is the only tattoo shop in Austin that I would want to get ink at because of how clean it is. I've been around a long long time and I've never seen a shop as put together as Pigment. Jeremy and T.J. are really cool guys who have the talent to back up what they say. Can't wait for the renovation. Keep up the good work guys.

first i went into the shop and noticed the cleanliness of the shop as well as how well groomed the gentlemen were. there was no profane language and had the appearance of high standards in safety and caring for customers.

second i brought in a small tattoo i wanted to put on my foot and jeramy not only listend to me, he offered input and together we came up with the perfect tattoo that i wanted, great quality and he really knows his combination of colors and designs.

his workers were very pleasant and made me feel like friends instead of just a customer...its like a high quality shop that wont give into anything negetive. they make you feel like your important not just for the money but for your satisfaction and desires... i will return and highly recommend that if you want a tattoo, go here and

you will come out with the best you can get anywhere...infact your whole time there will be comfortable and restfull because you dont have to worry about them making a mistake, reason being they take TIME WITH YOU to make sure your going to have the very tatto you wanted and invisioned in your mind...since you are going to

wear this all your life you want it correct....Pigment will meet your expectations and more.............

I am a tattoo collector with over 15 tattoos. I have been to tattoo parlors all over the country and Pigment is one of the best I have been to. Jeremy did my first tattoo in the parlor and then I returned for a tattoo from T.J. They both do amazing work and are way more friendly than any other studio. The business itself is clean, friendly, and professional and they have a more upscale outlook on the way a tattoo parlor should be run. They really seem to care about giving the best tattoos rather than just pushing you out the door after getting your money. I will be back to Pigment for all of my tattoos

Clean, Friendly, and Great Tattoo!!!!!!

I searched high and low for a tattoo artist that would actually treat me like a human being, but so many tattoo artists in town just acted like I was worthless because I wasnt covered in ink. Little did they know that I was ready to spend as much as it would take to get my entire back tattooed. I just wanted to start with a small tattoo so I could see what it felt like. Pigment was the first and only tattoo shop that the artists were all nice and friendly to me without knowing what kind of tattoo I wanted and how big it was going to be. They were just nice for the sake of being nice, which was refreshing. When I told Jeremy that he was so nice that I wanted him to do my tattoo he actually said that being nice was not the important thing. He pulled out a book with tattoos he had done and said that the most important thing was that I knew that he was going to do the best job on my tattoo. He even suggested that I look around town to make sure he was the right guy for the job. Well I had already looked around and his tattoos are the best! I guess that's why he has so many awards and is in all the magazines.

Well he did my little tattoo for me on my wrist so I could get an idea of what it felt like, and it was a piece of cake. Not to mention that it looks amazing and I love it so much! Little does he know that tomorrow I am bringing him a big deposit to start my full back piece. It pays off to be nice to your customers! Thanks Jeremy! You asked me to write a review if I had a good experience at your shop and I had a great one =)

I am so happy I went to Pigment!

I spent 6 months of searching for the perfect artist to do my first tattoo. It was a big tattoo going all the way down my ribs, so I wanted to make sure it was perfect. After going into every shop in Austin and half the shops in Houston and Dallas, I finally found Jeremy! His tattoos are incredible, and after talking with him for a few minutes I knew he was the right artist for the job. He was actually confident enough to tell me that I should take the time to look around at other artists and find the perfect artist for me. He even drew a quick design to give me an idea of what the final tattoo would look like, and I was fully convinced that he would do a better job than anyone else.

Despite the amazing tattoo that I received, the tattoo shop is also extremely nice and Jeremy is actually clean and well groomed.

I, like so many others, have had a wonderful experience at Pigment Dermagraphics and Fine Art and I will certainly return and recommend it to every one of my friends and family.

Best place in town

I went into Pigment because a friend recommended I get a tattoo with jeremy. I walked in without an appointment and he was too busy to be able to do my tattoo that day, but I gave him 20 dollars as a deposit and booked an appointment for a week away. When I arrived for my appointment he had my tattoo ready for me. My tattoo took about 2 and a half hours, but it really didnt hurt too bad because he has a really light hand. When he finished and I saw it for the first time, I was speechless. My tattoo is so beautiful and it was even cheaper than what a few other tattoo shops in town quoted me.

It was a little bit of a drive for me to go to pigment, but after seeing their website and talking to jeremy on the phone, I really knew that it was worth the drive.

I love my new tattoo and I love Pigment!!!

Pigment is awesome!!! I met the guys at the tattoo convention downtown and when I saw them win almost all the awards in the contests I knew that I wanted to get tattooed by them. I made an appointment with Jeremy and and now I am pretty much the cool kid among my friends. Everybody I know now wants to get work from the guys at Pigment because they are pretty much the best. I mean, look at the trophies and look at the hundreds of magazines they are in. I asked around and and went into a lot of tattoo shops before I got my first one, and no other place could show me one magazine or one trophy, only a price tag. I am planning on a lot more tattoos and I will definitely be back to Pigment

Disappointing!

Disappointing!

I went to Pigment initially after reading a positive review online. It's a nice shop. Jeremy Miller, the shop owner, greeted me and was very pleasant. I explained my design and he deferred me to Tye Harris. After talking to Tye and seeing his work, I was excited about having Tye do my tattoo. Tye asked for a small "good faith" deposit which I gladly gave him. He told me he'd email me a basic sketch in 2 days. I agreed, we shook hands and sealed the deal .I went on my way feeling good about Pigment doing my tattoo and looking forward to getting his email.

But a week later I still hadn't received an email from Tye, or even a phone call keeping me in the loop. Maybe I'm old school, but where I'm from a handshake is a done deal and after being told 2 days, and waiting a week with no email or phone call, in my book that breaks all deals.

So I went back to Pigment to talk to Tye. He wasn't there but I told Jeremy how I felt and asked him to refund my "good faith" deposit. He could have, and should have, stepped up and assumed responsibility as shop owner, refunded my deposit and worked it out with Tye later, but instead he faded the heat and said I'd have to deal with Tye directly. I left their shop feeling a bit disrespected.

A couple of days later Tye called me, apologized for the delay and told me he'd have a drawing emailed to me by the following night. Fair enough. Unfortunately that never happened either! 2 days after that, a different tattooer called from Pigment and told me that Tye was too covered up to work on my tattoo and asked if he could take over. That, of course, merely added insult to injury. That was last week and I still haven't got anything from him either! I'm not surprised...

Jeremy and Tye and everyone else at Pigment might be skilled and talented tattoo "artists", but their business acumen is sorely lacking. Needless to say I won't be having any tattoos done at Pigment...
