MI&T is one of the most detail oriented companies I've ever booked. I can for sure say they were always responsive, gave us great advice, and a timely report.

We received our report with quality photos and notes by the next day. I even called our inspector with a follow up question and he made himself available and gave me good feedback. I will definitely use MI&T again if given the opportunity and will recommend them to family and friends.

Seems like the most affordable mold testing option in Austin. I was actually a little concerned about that by the inspector was great.
