As a small business owner, we tend to wear many hats: overseeing day-to-day operations, outreach, customer management, accounting, etc. But using Kazdon, I have the satisfaction of having one less thing on my to do list. Their efficiency allows me to focus on other aspects of the business.

I no longer need to contact several vendors to correct an issue with any aspect of our payroll. Regardless if the issue is with our flexible spending accounts (FSA), insurance benefits or COBRA. I only need to make one call to Kazdon. Before we switched to Kazdon, I would spend hours calling different vendors to correct a mistake in our payroll. Those worries are gone!

It’s wonderful to have everything under one company. Don’t be fooled by other payroll companies, I’ve been there and those companies backdoor the benefit services and Kazdon does NOT!
