I ordered hundreds of dollars with this company and then had an experience where I was treated incredibly rude by the customer service folks. Then the owner herself backed up her employees without listening to my experience. I received several responses to my email inquiries and some of them were very suggestive and derogatory, as well as confusing. I was asking why my credit card had been charged when they hadn't shipped something that I needed by a certain date. The emails were suggesting that I must be dishonest because I didn't want my credit card charged. That was never the issue, but I didn't appreciate being told that in an email.

I did not file a poor review at that time, because I did not want to do it out of anger, but what I did notice then (by reading reviews-read further and you will see others make this observation), and I am confirming now, is that their staff has been writing reviews to improve their ratings.

Kevin is the person that I had a very challenging time with. He has repeatedly written 5 Star Reviews, which is falsification.

They want improved reviews but are unwilling to improve their performance or customer service. I have suspicions about the quality of their products as well.

I had been a long time customer of Ingredients to Die for aka Aroma Alternatives despite the managements rudeness and ever changing "policies". They make claims that their essential oils are therapeutic grade however after receiving a batch that seemed like a synthetic they refused to give me the test results saying that they don't do them because it's too expensive. It was their policy. However the problem is that you can't tell whether an oil is therapeutic grade without testing so they are making claims that they can't back up with scientific proof. I hadn't planned on ever ordering from them again but I was in a pinch and needed something for a customer when I was in Austin. I placed an order a week in advance and the money was taken out of my account. They cancelled my order because of my previous complaint about their lack of testing. However they didn't refund my money when they cancelled my order. They also didn't make me aware of the cancellation. A sneaky, unethical business.

Wow! Ingredients To Die For has me speechless! I had a problem with an item that leaked and I can't believe how amazing they have been! I always cringe when dealing with issues but this whole process with Ingredients To Die For has been painless and completely enjoyable! I'm relaunching my business and blog/website next week, I will be directing all my clients,customers and readers to their store for any supplies we may need. I am beyond pleased to have found them!!!

Do not know what has happened with this company but I am so offended at how I was treated today. I have ordered from them for a few years and never had a problem until today when I inquired about an order I placed 2 weeks ago and still have not received. The email response I got was so rude and unprofessional. Very, very sad.
