Very unprofessional, doesn't handle complaints, rude and lack of communication skills with others!!!

I have used Hope Properties as rental agent for 4 duplexes for several years and am totally satisfied. I have provided excellent responses when William gives my name as a reference. PLEASE note that the one-star review was in 2007 and probably was from a prospective renter. For Hope Properties not to respond to voice mail is unusual.
