Color Consultation: Ever have trouble choosing paint color? Just want to introduce new color with accessories? This consultation is for you! Typically a 90 min. consultation you will be provided with 2 color choices per room (time permitting) by the end of appt. Accessorizing Service: Do you have things you love, but just cant seem to achieve that put together look you know is possible? Have bookshelves in disarray? Cant make sense of your china display? We can come in and arrange your treasures to shine! Coaching Block: Have you ever thought to yourself, Im pretty sure I know what I want, but Id really love a professional opinion? Decorator coaching is a service where you have an initial consultation to pick the designers brain. After that, you can call and get your decorators opinion on fabric choices, lamps and accessories that you find. Room Re-Style: Also known as ReDesign, this service uses what you already have to create a new look! Perfect for those who want an update, but dont want to buy all new stuff; have traffic flow issues or just remodeled a room in your home. Complete Room Redecorate: From room layout to color choices to furnishings choices, you and your decorator will come up with a room plan and a plan of action to make it happen. Room renderings, color swatches and furniture recommendations included. Staging Evaluation: Comprehensive evaluation (from curb side to back side) of your clients property for getting ready to sell. A written report will be provided with merchandising and updating recommendations for your clients to implement. Staging Color Consultation: Evaluation of the property and recommendations of selling colors. Your client will be provided with a color scheme for their property and the names of the colors so they can give to their contractor. Typically a 90 min. consult. High Impact Staging: Using your clients furnishings, we will merchandise 3-4 key rooms (LR, DR, Kitchen, Master BR) Accessories and Art may be brought in if needed to create an updated look (separate rental charges apply) (approx 4-5 hours) Whole House Staging: Typically a 2 day project, this service is a complete overhaul of the property where every room is merchandised and ready to show!! Vacant Property Staging: Same rates apply as other staging services in addition to the cost of furniture and accessory rental plus project management rates.
