Close to everything downtown and hard working manager

This is a still being built out and we were the first group of occupants. Brandi, the manager, is very knowledgeable and cares about her residents. Sarah and Anita are always welcoming to residents and newcomers and Clarissa goes to great effort as the concierge. Maintenance is excellent and Ray who oversees maintenance works hard to cover issues quickly.

Most every one of the residents we meet are professionals and very pleasant and seem to care in keeping this property the beautiful property it is. Most people are great at cleaning up after their dogs and this really makes for a residence you can be proud to live in.

The parking lots are being completed so there is some congestion in the garage but this will soon be remedied with the new garage space.
