We didnt think we could afford custom jewelry, they proved us wrong. I think artist would better describe them. They custom made my engagement ring at a fair price and it exceeded our expectations. We are also ordering a band for my fianc, and they are custom making my band.

I took in my husband's ring to be re-sized before our wedding. I will be the first to admit that it was not an expensive ring but it was one that we had custom made and we truly loved it. The jewelers at Franzetti's ruined our ring and still made us pay for the sizing! I heard two different stories a) that they sent it away to be sized and b) that they do their sizing in house. I don't know which is true but regardless our ring is unrepairable. Now, we are on yet another long search to find the right ring for my husband and I was very upset in the owner's response to our disappointment. He thought "it looked better" but it doesn't really matter what he thinks.. he isn't the one wearing the ring and now my husband isn't either.
