Poor Service After The Sale

Failed to show up to inspect problems with grass. Drip lines kept coming apart.

First of all. I have NO idea who this client may be in regards to DLG. Any installs completed by DLG in the last 4 to 6 months or so have been the central Austin, S Austin, Round Rock, and Cedar Park. If we have issues with clients after an install, then we definitely follow up as needed. If the client continues to reprogram clock or alter the system, the we usually can't continue to drive out at our expense to rectify a problem that is not directly related to an install.
