If you truly love your child please don't keep your child with them. Where do I start from? The center administrators are as unconcerned about the welfare of the kids and more concerned about enrolling new ones. My baby started with the infant program and from the day I walked in I had an uneasy feeling about the place. Unattended babies on the floor, looking dirty and unattended to, always crying and never consoled or given emotional support. Teachers do not engage the kids in activities that help their development -even though they claim to in their brochures-kids are strapped to bouncy seats or left to seek ways to 'entertain' themselves during the day. A bored unattended baby crying is treated as a nuisance, even when they might have legitimate needs. My little girl who is for most parts a pretty peaceful and easy going child (as long as she's fed, diapered and engaged with other activities is pretty content) suddenly started crying a lot. On one occasion When she had been especially fussy according to them, I checked her daily sheet, between 9am and 1:30 she had only been fed once! A 14 week old baby who eats every 2 hours. And no she wasn't sleeping then! I also checked and her neck - it was red and the skin broken down. I brought this up with the teacher and she went all defensive. I bring my baby home some days and she sleeps for hours like someone who went through an ordeal. It breaks my heart that my little one had to put up with them for one day not to mention a month. The place has a high turnover rate and it's clear why it's that way. I'm pulling her out by end if the month.
