Provided by YP.comTold us one price and then gave us a bill that was much higher....Office manager was very unprofessional and I am still waiting on money that was sent to them to be refunded to me from my insurance company for over a year.....I did hear that they were going out of business....so i'm sure I won't see my refund!!
