I had to move from a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator to a 1 story house. Nathan set up my move and was extremely accommodating and customer service focused, which is why I went with this company. From taking apart and reassembling my iron bedframe to removing and remounting my tv, removing my bolted on satellite dish, removing my fancy showerhead, picking up and installing a refrigerator from storage, and even disposing of a heavy, bulky, unwieldy pine chest for FREE (just the hourly charge), these guys came through in the clutch for me. Most companies will either drop off a heavy item at a trash site or landfill, which costs a lot of money, but this company has their OWN DISPOSAL SITE. And from the other quotes I got, remounting a tv is not really DONE. Plus, most companies would charge an extra trip fee for the storage building stop. I had 3 guys: Orlando, John, and Jacob, and I legit MISSED them when they left. Jacob kept picking things up and yelling, "ooh that thing's got some POWER", which cracked me uppp. Some of their huge feats of strength: Orlando picking up the pine chest himselfff (this thing is like 4x4 and 3 ft high, 250 lbs), Orlando picking up my massive dresser himself (maybe even more weight, not sure), Jacob carrying down an 80 lb piece of glass on his shoulder, John taking my like 9 ft sofa down OVER HIS SHOULDER HIMSELF....Insane. I struggle with my weight and have some pretty seriously limiting health issues, and I truly could not have done it without these folks. Y'all cross reference against my other reviews and see if I am nice to businesses (I usually only review if I am annoyed lol)....I had had a super bad experience during my first move with a different company: their guys were THREE HOURS LATE with no noticeee and they broke my favorite bowls then blamed ME for them dropping the box. I am so relieved that Big Beard did not damage any of my property and that I am finally moved in to my first house. Thanks y'all, love ya.

Spoke to the owner, Nathan, who said they can show up earlier than 9am to start a move. Agreed to have his team show up at 8am, but they were 40 mins late. Moved everything over, in less than 2 hours, but still charged me for 2 hours. After they left, they knocked on the door again, and the owner was on the phone wanting to talk to me. Advised that it was their error on sending 3 men, as it was supposed to be a 2 man job, and had the audacity to ask me for more money, to pay the 3rd person. I told them it wasnt on me that they sent the extra and I declined. He said, ok no problem, just had to ask.... Texted him after the guys left explaining they were late and overcharged, but didnt get a reply. Texted again and finally he replied with multiple long texts, apologizing and wanting to make it right, but never addressed the over charge. Told him I needed help moving another bedroom set, and that would make up for the inconvenience, and he agreed to do so. I have been calling and texting since Saturday and have had no reply. I called the main owner, Drew, in Houston in hopes to get a reply back from Nathan, but still nothing. I am very disappointed in the lack of response, the lateness, overcharge, and being asked for more money, due to their issue. I really hoped I would have had a reply by now, to make things right, but due to the lack of communication, I would not recommend this company. Yes the price might be good, but if you want a company that will ignore you after they get paid and not make things right, this is your company!
