if I could give them no stars I would. my mother recently bought a car from these people and the previous review hit the nail right on the head. they convinced her to purchase "insurance" through them that she had to keep for 2 months. She had a fender bender about 3 WEEKS AGO and the manager "Sam" has been giving her the run around ever since about getting her car fixed. he never explained the insurance properly and now that she ha a claim he is stalling and hoping she just goes away. The first incident with him was her CD player. he told her that she had a week to use the car and if she found anything wrong- let him know. The next day she noticed the CD player had a CD stuck in it. He said he would fix it- never did it. Now there is the bumper issue which has been escalating for 3 weeks. he had his nerves to say that the insurance rep came this mornin but he couldn't reach her so the guy left. he never called. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! the customer service and follow up SUCKS!!!!
