I have done business with Austin for many years and they have been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented.

Austin Spas and Pools have been great and I will continue to take my business to them and no one else! Go see them if you want good service in a timely manner or to purchase a quality hot tub!

We did shop around before we decided on Austin Spas and Pools and we realized the service and hot tubs they provided were the best quality, price and customer service. I would send my friends and family.

Even though we're out of towners, I want to thank Austin Hot Tubs and spas for your assistance in helping us with our spa at our vacation home after it was completed on time and exactly as you promised. My wife and I decided that we wanted to change one of the features and we called your office. The project coordinator at your office was kind and gracious to help us get the work scheduled.



I called your company on a Monday and by Wednesday the same week you had workers out to my house taking care of the extra work we wanted done. The work was done fast ad neatly…in fact they left my house so neat that I could not tell they had been there and completed the job. That takes real skill. Thanks so much and my spa is fantastic!

As first time spa customers my wife and I did not know what to expect and we were somewhat scared of the whole process. When doing our research online, we read about horror stories other customers had with unprofessional companies they used. The bad experiences we read about with other companies included everything from pushy salespeople, construction crews who were unprofessional, messy work, unfinished features, mechanical problems and unresponsive staff. We met with a couple of other spa companies before selecting Austin Hot Tubs and Spas. For us it was an easy decision after meeting with your salesperson, who made us feel comfortable, relaxed and they weren’t pushy at all. They answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns and thy even gave us little known tips about the spa buying process and ownership, so we would be successful with our spa right from the start. It showed us they really cared. Our spa is about to go in and I am eager to see the results. If it’s anything like the first part of this process then I have nothing to worry about.

Very happy about the work performed by Austin Hot Tubs and Spas. They come out to service my spa with maintenance, chemicals, and general service every month. They always update me on bigger projects that need to be done before they get to be a problem so I can plan accordingly. Grateful for all they have done to keep my spa up and running.

I'm a big do-it-yourself-er and when the motor and heater went on my hot tub, I decided to order parts and try to fix it on my own. I got the parts installed just fine, but when it came to wiring I had no idea what to do. I called Austin Hot Tubs and Spas and described the issues I was having and they were quickly able to diagnose and repair the issue. They were easy to talk to, I was charged a reasonable rate and the work was performed on time. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Austin Hot Tubs and Spas offers a very professional and courteous service. We also have great phone service experience with them. Very helpful in many ways and will not try to sell you unnecessary stuff that you don't need. Honest and great quality service. Love our new hot tub.

Austin Hot Tubs and Spas takes care of my hot tub all year round. They always do a great job, are on-time, and are very friendly. Even on the hottest days last summer they always seemed to be enjoying what they were doing. My pool is clean, blue, and working great all summer long. And best of all, even with the high quality of services I received, the pricing was very affordable.

I want to thank you completing our spa on time and what a beautiful job you did. You guys got it done just in such a timely manner so my whole family and extended family have loved it from day one. In fact, they have barely moved from its bubbly waters from the day we were able to use it. We called you guys initially because of the reviews we found online, but we stayed for the professionalism and attention to detail. So thankful we are able to enjoy the Texas outdoors with our addition.
