Provided by YP.comLooks like Justin makes it a habit of standing up his customers. I was trying to surprise my wife, made and appointment to meet Justin in Austin (I live in Buda) at 9:30 AM. He pulled up at 10:15, told me he had a business meeting and wanted to know if I was
"flexible." His appointment wasn't far from my home and he could meet me there at
1:00 PM, 2:00 at the latest. It's now almost 4:00. A no-show. I've called him three times, he doesn't answer (That's convenient). So much for my wife's surprise. I would NEVER use ATX again and I will let everyone I know about Justin's nonexistent work ethic.

Provided by YP.comI had an appointment for a full detail of my wifes Volvo SUV for her birthday today. Made the appointment on line he (Justin) called back the same day to verify and took down all my info. I took his early morning time slot 7am-11am. He was to be at her work at 7:30 am. He said he perfered the early am because of the heat. It is 9:30 am NO CALL and NO SHOW. I have called every number he has listed and left messages with zero response. What a flake. My wife and I were headed out of town for a 3 day weekend in what we thought was going to be a clean car.

Provided by YP.comI had two cars detailed at my home - a Lexus and Corvette. They were able to give me an appointment and be here less than a day later. Did a GREAT job on both vehicles and prices were very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend this company for excellent work and value!!!!

Provided by YP.comHad an appointment to have my car buffed and waxed. They never showed up. They never called. It has been 5 days and no one has returned my calls.
We made several attempt to contact this customer at the number we have for him, but he never returned our calls. When we schedule him in, I specifically told him that his vehicle needed to be treated with a specific kind of wax and such, and that it was coming and should be here in time to do his Car, he agreed with the terms. As his appointment approached, we did not get the proper material in time, so we called and left a voicemail on a machine letting him know that we needed to reschedule. That was the last of it, we have not heard from anyone since we left a message. This is a huge misunderstanding, and DOES NOT Reflect the Quality of our Work! All Future Customers that are considering us right now, you need to see the work when its finished, try not to judge us because of a misunderstanding. Thanks you for reading this.
